Registration of 10th International Wetland Conference will begin on March 10, 2016. Early-bird registration ends on May 31, 2016; full registration is from June 1, 2016 to August 31, 2016. On-Site Registration is available on September 19, 2016 at the venue.

The number of participants will be about 1200. Registration will be filled on first come, first served basis.

1. Full registration includes full access to all conference symposia and lectures, banquets, lunches, coffee breaks, exhibitions during conference, as well as conference materials and shuttles from hotel to the venue.

2. Students are required to bring a valid Student ID to verify their status, other way they’re required to pay full registration fee.

3. Companion is intended for spouses or other relatives of participants registered in any of the other categories. Companion registered in this category may not present papers or posters. Companion registration includes: Exhibition Access, Opening and Closing Ceremony as well as Social Events organized during the Congress.

Confirmation of Registration

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. Registrants can check the status of registration and payment at ‘My page’ after logging onto the online registration system. A "Registration Confirmation" will be sent to you systematically after online payment. An “Official Invitation” will be sent to you in 1-3 days by staff of Organizing Committee.

You’re required to bring your “Registration Confirmation" and "Official Invitation" to the conference venue to check-in and receive the conference materials. If you select electric transfer, please bring the bank remittances bill.

Participants who haven’t paid registration fee before August 31, 2016 are required to register on-site at conference venue.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your registration, please submit a cancellation request to the Organizing Committee ( Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.


1. All refund requests must be received in writing by August 18, 2016. 20% of your paying cost will be deducted from participant refunds. No refunds will be issued after August 18, 2016.

2. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.

3. Refunds will be made after the INTECOL 10 ends.
